The offered breakfast was good and included a huge variety of options. The room was brand-new and huge, complete with floor-to-ceiling window and nice view, as for instance. Location: the hotel was really close to restaurants, main attractions, and the monuments...
There were not that comfortable beds in our room.

The staff were super professional and waived the charge for my delayed arrival. Check-in was efficient and the breakfast at the restaurant was mind-blowing. Despite a loud noise in our original room, they quickly and professionally handled the issue by changing our room. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the property was quiet. I will definitely book a stay again. the staffs were very nice and helpful, and the location was excellent, close to everything. The rooms were spacious and clean, with excellent facilities. The service was top-notch, with helpful staff providing recommendations and the room being comfortable with a good selection of TV channels. The breakfast was nice, although not the best we've had. Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar/lounge area, restaurant, flat-screen TV. The price was also very reasonable considering the great location and standards.

The location was super convenient, with easy access to all the cool places in the city. We loved chilling by the infinity pool and taking a dip in the garden pools. The fitness center was also great for a quick workout before exploring the city. The staff were super friendly and helpful, giving us tips on all the must-visit spots. We had so much fun exploring the Hanoi Opera House, Old Quarter, Temple of Literature, and Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.
The only thing we wish was better is the nightlife scene at the hotel. It would have been amazing if there was a vibrant party vibe with some awesome music and a dance floor.

The hotel's facilities were perfect for families with children. We spent hours at the state-of-the-art fitness center, while the kids had a blast at the kids club and the two swimming pools. The infinity pool overlooking the sea was a breathtaking sight and added a touch of luxury to our stay. Its convenient location allowed us to easily explore popular attractions like the Hanoi Opera House, Old Quarter, Temple of Literature, and Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. the hotel provided a memorable experience for the whole family.
In my wife's opinion, it would be great if the hotel could provide a knife and cutting board for daily use in the apartment. It would make meal preparation for the family more convenient and enjoyable.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in District 1 and had a fantastic experience! The location was excellent, with everything I wanted to see and do within easy reach. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a luxurious stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing me with great recommendations for places to visit and eat. The service was top-notch, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of options to suit every taste.
I would have liked to see a greater variety of food options on the menu, as it was a bit limited. However, despite this minor downside, I would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.

The hotel was located close to many attractions with a central location and an easy walk to the restaurant area. the room was clean and comfortable with well-maintained facilities like a cozy bed and a clean bathroom. the breakfast offered a great variety of dishes and efficient staff. Guests can also enjoy a good egg station and free WiFi.
It was a bit disappointing to see lack of staff, making the restaurant and reception areas a bit understaffed.
